For many exhibitors the Festiwal Marketingu was the starting signal for the year-end business.
PL – The 18th edition of Festiwal Marketingu took place on September 16 and 17 of this year. Once again, the event was held at the EXPO XXI Exhibition Center in the Polish capital, Warsaw. According to the official figures of the organiser, OOH magazine, which also hosts the “Promo Show” at the same venue in the spring, around 200 exhibitors presented their products and services in Hall 1. A large share of the exhibitors were providers of haptic promotional products (merchandise), mostly from Poland. They were complemented by specialists from areas such as printing and branding techniques, packaging solutions and POS materials. The “POS Stars” exhibition, an elaborately staged exhibition of remarkable point-of-sale solutions also awaited the visitors. Additionally, the visitors were additionally able to vote, both online and during the event, for their favourites in the “Super Gift” competition across seven categories of promotional products. These items were also featured in a dedicated exhibition area. The winners were announced and recognised on the evening of the first day of the fair. The official award ceremony was staged in a separate, stylishly decorated section of the hall, featuring a glamorous party with exquisite catering. The providers of promotional products not only showcased classic items, but also innovations from their portfolios. A notable trend – particularly among regional exhibitors –was the focus on the year-end business season. Consequently, there was a strong emphasis on culinary products and special gift sets themed around Christmas.
A positive atmosphere prevailed among the exhibitors and visitors. The quality of conversations at the stands and the gratifying level of visitor turnout was praised. (The exact attendance figures were not available at the time of going to press.) On the second day, the trade fair was accompanied by a lecture and seminar programme organised by the Polish industry association, PIAP, which was also represented at the show with its own stand.
The next event to be organised by OOH magazine is the Promo Show, which will also take place at the EXPO XXI in Warsaw on January 27 and 28, 2027.
