E – The Spanish company, Gorfactory, Murcia, owner of the Roly and Tamina brands, and the JHK Trader Group, Madrid, announced their merger in early July 2026.
The owners of the companies will collaborate with an investment group, which they are already involved in other joint projects with. Gorfactory stated that their aim behind the merger is to expand their portfolio and strengthen their long-term competitiveness in an increasingly global market, promote sustainable growth and maintain the family-run ownership structure.
According to company accounts, the merger will not affect the customary service, products or support.
