PL – The Festiwal Marketingu took place on September 17 and 18, 2025 amid a family-like atmosphere. The customary venue for this year’s 17th edition of the trade fair was once again the EXPO XXI in Poland’s capital, Warsaw. The organiser is the Kattowitz-based publishing company, OOH magazine, which also organises the Promo Show at the same location at the beginning of the year.
According to official sources, around 200 exhibitors showcased their products and services in Hall 1, including providers of haptic advertising, who made up the lion’s share of the exhibitors. Printing companies, customising firms and packaging specialists were also represented. The year-end business was one of the main themes, a wide selection of seasonal items was exhibited.
The entire spectrum of promotional products was well-represented, even if there appeared to be fewer international exhibitors and visitors compared to at the Promo Show event at the start of the year. Whereby the Polish subsidiaries or representatives of internationally operating companies underlined their presence.
A very busy atmosphere prevailed, yet the exhibitors and visitors had plenty of time and opportunity for intense discussions because according to the general opinion although well-attended, the event was not overcrowded (the official attendance figure was not available at the time of going to press).


Exhibitions and competitions – like the “Super Gift 2025” where promotional products were distinguished – were held once again, as well as the “POS Stars”, that recognise presentation concepts at the POS. What’s more, the “Gold Medal” was awarded for especially innovative products, machines and software. Here, the visitors had the opportunity to vote for their favourites on-site.
A true highlight took place on the evening of the first day of the show in the famous Bank Club in Warsaw: The prizes were awarded to the competition winners at a party accompanied by exquisite catering – in a remarkably unpretentious manner and celebrated enthusiastically by the attendees. The evening came to a stylish close in a relaxed party atmosphere and enhanced by much appreciated live music. An event that will, no doubt, be remembered by all parties concerned for a long time to come.
The next edition of the Festiwal Marketingu is due to take place in 2026 at the EXPO XXI in Warsaw again, however the venue date had not been finalised by the editorial deadline. The next Promo Show is scheduled for February 11 and 12, 2026, also at the EXPO XXI.
