D – Geiger GmbH, which is based in Senden, Germany, acquired the business operations of GF Werbemittel, Rimpar and pro-promotion, Senden, on July 1, 2026. This marks the promotional products and full-service specialist’s 16th and 17th acquisitions in Germany.
“GF Werbemittel and pro-promotion enjoy an excellent reputation in our industry. We are delighted and also rather proud that both companies have been entrusted to us and are now part of Geiger,” explained Mirco Häßlich, one of the three managing partners of Geiger GmbH, alongside Alex Heinecke and Marc Strickrodt, and responsible for acquisitions.

“It was particularly important to me to know that my fantastic team and my customers were in good hands when I retire. The discussions were characterised by a high degree of mutual trust from the very beginning and I am therefore delighted that we will be part of Geiger from July onwards,” Doris Fischer, Managing Partner of GF Werbemittel, commented. “Geiger’s broad range of services, including full service, on-demand textiles, import, and much more, will also allow us to provide even better support to our customers in the coming years.”
Annette Stoffers from pro-promotion reported: “We have built excellent relationships with our customers over the course of many years and provided them with expert support. After speaking with Mr. Häßlich, I am confident that this will continue under the Geiger banner. I can, therefore, retire now with peace of mind.”
