NL – Tom te Riele succeeded Rob Looye as CEO of the Dutch Plato Group, which is based in Helmond, on March 1, 2026. Over the past four years, the Plato Group has undergone an extensive and successful reorganisation under Looye’s leadership, establishing a solid foundation for the future. According to the company, now that a clear strategy has been developed, the financial situation strengthened and growth achieved, after this development phase it is now time to hand over the reins to a new CEO.
Te Riele brings more than twenty years of international experience in e-commerce and digital transformation at management and leadership level and was most recently employed as Managing Director of Maxecom at the Spevzer Group.
The outgoing CEO, Looye, will continue to support the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board as an adviser until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition. The Plato Group is confident that te Riele’s expertise and energy will successfully drive the continued growth of IGO and Compacon on the European advertising market.
