PL – This year’s edition of the Promo Show was staged in the heart of the Polish capital, Warsaw on February 11 and 12, 2026, once again at the EXPO XXI Exhibition Centre. The trade show, which has clearly established itself internationally as a must-attend event for the promotional products industry, is organised by the Katowice-based publishing company, OOH magazine.
According to the official figures, 300 exhibitors presented their products and services across three exhibition halls and the foyer. The majority were haptic advertising suppliers, as well as the providers of customising and printing technologies. The promotional products players provided a representative selection of the multi-faceted market offer, frequently at CI-compatible stands. Internationally operating importers and specialists exhibited at the fair, often – but not exclusively – from Poland.
“We already received a significantly higher number of interested visitors on the morning of the first day compared to the previous year,” reported a delighted Wojciech Pawlowski from Badge4u, “and we were already impressed last time”. The decision to concentrate on this event here in Poland, was spot on.”
“There are many visitors here from abroad, including numerous members of the IPPAG Group,” added Maciej Maćkowiak from Promonotes. “We are very satisfied.” This impression was officially confirmed by the organisers. 9,500 visitors from 22 countries attended the event, experts from advertising agencies, printing companies and marketing departments had the opportunity to examine many brands, innovations, product premieres and classics.
An exceptionally busy, yet relaxed atmosphere prevailed as well as a positive mood. The popular Super Gift competition was staged again. The visitors evaluated 86 products in seven categories, which had been submitted by the exhibitors.

The party on the evening of the first day of the show, which was held under the motto “White Circus”, proved to be a true highlight. Companies celebrating anniversaries were recognised on stage during the official part of the evening. Exquisite catering additionally provided plenty of opportunity for intensive networking in a relaxed atmosphere. Spectacular costumes, acrobatic displays and theatrical performances on stage accompanied by the appropriate music produced an exceptional ambiance.
Robert Załupski, CEO of OOH magazine: “We primarily measure the trade fair’s success based on the feedback from the exhibitors and practically all of them have rebooked their stands for the 2027 addition.”
The next edition of the Promo Show is scheduled to take place at the EXPO XXI again, on January 27 and 28, 2027.
