D – Werbezeichen AG, Munich, purchased 100% of the shares in Crimex GmbH, Osnabrück, on December 1, 2025. Werbezeichen AG acquired the company Crimex, which was founded in 1993, to expand its market position and strengthen its core business in the promotional products section. The team from Osnabrück comprising 35 people will be integrated into the Werbezeichen internal processes and the location will be upheld.
The processes include among others the AI-supported technology platform of Werbezeichen, which makes daily arising data useful, structures information and automates repetitive processes that necessitate considerable resources for their manual processing. According to company statements, the integration of Crimex will mean the business processes in Osnabrück will also be systematically digitalised in future and used for intelligent, data-based workflows. The extended database allows more precise product recommendations and better prediction models for all locations.

Together we will set new standards within the industry.”
To finance the take-over, Werbezeichen is simultaneously raising further capital in the form of a financial round with existing investors.
