D – In January 2026, the German company Geiger GmbH, which is based in Senden in the Münsterland region, announced the acquisitions of S&P Werbeartikel in Düsseldorf and UP Werbemittel in Münster. These acquisitions in Germany, the 14th and 15th respectively, are a sign that the company, which is headquartered in the USA in Lewiston, Maine, is continuing on its course of expansion.
“S&P and UP enjoy an excellent reputation in our industry. We are thus delighted that both will be part of Geiger as of 2026,” explained Mirco Häßlich, who is one of the three managing partners of Geiger GmbH, together with Alex Heinecke and Marc Strickrodt. Häßlich is responsible for acquisitions. Carsten Lenz, owner of S&P Werbeartikel added: “We want to focus totally on our customers again. The administrative tasks are extensive and are extremely time-consuming. Managing such tasks and essential certifications such as ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and EcoVadis centrally will allow us to concentrate fully on our customers again. This will further strengthen our position in the greater Düsseldorf area and beyond, making us even more successful.”

UP Werbemittel had different reasons for joining Geiger. “Christoph Strotmann has been our most serious competitor in this region for the past few years. Even though we have taken turns in leading the field in the past, we valued Christoph’s professionalism as well as his consistently fair and reputable competition. When Christoph approached me and asked if we were interested in an acquisition, it was immediately clear to us that this would be a significant gain,” reports Häßlich. “I plan to retire in a few years and was therefore looking for a partner to take on my fantastic team so they are in good hands and with whom I could continue to offer my customers real added value in the years to come,” says Christoph Strotmann, owner of UP Werbemittel. “Based on their experience as a competitor and their many successful acquisitions in recent years, Geiger was my preferred partner.”
