The Managing Directors of Brandible are delighted about the opportunities taking over Promo Color GmbH brings (f.t.l.): Uwe Kasper, Danilo Schmidt and Sebastian Reichel.
D – KSi International GmbH, more familiarly known as the brand Brandible, has announced its first acquisition in the company’s history: The Dresden-based company is taking over Promo Color GmbH, an established digital printing shop and customising company with a wide-ranging product line-up in the promotional products area, including deckchairs, roll-ups and beach flags that is also located in Dresden. With this strategic acquisition, Brandible is taking a significant step for the future development of the company.
As Brandible’s Managing Directors, Uwe Kasper, Danilo Schmidt and Sebastian Reichel emphasised that the take-over, which came into effect at the end of November 2025, is a logical and strategic step towards expanding the existing product range in a targeted manner and ensuring that the value chain is more closely integrated into the company. “The investment in Promo Color GmbH opens up enormous opportunities for us,” explained Uwe Kasper. “As a digital printing shop with a high level of vertical integration, Promo Color brings modern production expertise and efficient processes to the table. By combining production, finishing and sales we will profit from shorter supply chains, higher flexibility and will in future be able to offer our customers a wider spectrum of products in the accustomed quality.”
Sebastian Reichel added: “Taking over Promo Color GmbH is a decisive step in the direction of our vision of establishing Brandible as a fully integrated, leading technology provider on the promotional products market. Bringing together creative development, digital production and high-quality customising under one roof enables us to implement innovations much faster and set new standards in quality, sustainability and individualisation. We are thus creating an infrastructure that enables us to not only serve future market needs, but also to actively shape them – and offer our customers a hitherto unprecedented level of flexibility and brand impact.”
Danilo Schmidt underlined further: “Vertical integration is a crucial component of our long-term strategy. Acquiring Promo Color GmbH means we now have access to important production and customising processes in-house. This strengthens our independence, improves our production reliability and creates new opportunities for future-oriented growth.”
Promo Color GmbH disposes of many years of know-how as well as modern production capacities and will be closely integrated into Brandible’s business units in future. The take-over will strengthen the joint market presence and creates a solid foundation for sustainable growth in a dynamic competitive environment, according to company accounts.
