TTS Antalis vorschaubild - Antalis takes over Texo Trade ServicesF – Antalis, one of the leading international suppliers of packaging materials, visual communications and paper products, with its group headquarters in Paris, acquired the Dutch company, Texo Trade Services (TTS), NL-Moordrecht, at the beginning of November 2025. TTS is, according to own accounts, a leading European distributor and manufacturer of imprintable textiles and transfer print media for textile and large-format printing.

Antalis’ strategic aim behind this decision is to further reinforce its position in the area of visual communications and expand its range of imprintable textiles. Furthermore, the company is also complementing its portfolio with high-quality solutions and bundling its sales force in Europe. TTS employs 75 people and sells its products in over 70 countries. Its most important markets include alongside the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium and Poland.
