Furthermore, the writing instrument manufacturer has published its ESG Report. ESG stands for Environmental, Social and Governance, the report documents the impact of the company’s business activities on the three areas. The ESG Report serves to create transparency and prove sustainable practices. According to company sources, sustainability is part of the corporate philosophy at uma. The report now makes it evident that the company is taking responsibility for the environment, employees and the region. The ESG Report allows uma to increase the transparency and create trust among its customers, suppliers and employees. “The sustainability report is not a mandatory document for uma, but indeed a statement that shows what we stand for: Innovation, responsibility and a future-oriented approach,” the CEO, Alexander Ullmann, said.
The report can be downloaded from the uma website in several languages with immediate effect.
