EU – As of 2026, the international brand, Russell Europe, will operate entirely under the name Russell Athletic with the corresponding branding. The gradual transition will already begin from the fourth quarter of 2025 onwards and marks the adaption towards a uniform global brand identity, back to its US American roots. The new branding unites the long tradition and appeal of Russell Athletic with the product quality Russell Europe has established in Europe. The new branding aims to create a consistent brand image across all markets and strengthen the international position of the brand. The first products bearing the new Russell Athletic label will already be available in the coming months. Whereby, items that carry the present label will remain in the line-up until the transition is complete.
It was noted that with the full integration into the global brand world of Russell Athletic, a presence will be created that combines company heritage with modernity – a milestone in the history of the brand and a clear pledge to quality and international uniformity.
