Antalis has taken over the French Club Groupe.
F – Antalis, a leading distributor of paper, packaging and visual communications, whose European headquarters is in Paris, announced the acquisition of Club Groupe, Digital Printing France and Technical Digital Printing (TDP) in June 2025. Antalis’ aim behind taking over the French company is to underline its strategy of strengthening its leading position in Europe.
Club Groupe specialises in the sales of machinery and consumable supplies for large-format printing. The company has a headcount of around 30 employees and generated a turnover of around 14 Mio. Euros in 2024. Thanks to this new acquisition, Antalis is striving to considerably strengthen its competence in the area of visual communications in France by integrating a portfolio of loyal customers, an experienced sales team and a solid network of technical partners.
