Vanessa De Almeida has taken over the position of HR Director at Peli Products.
E – Peli Products, Barcelona, has appointed Vanessa De Almeida as its new international HR Director. De Almeida has extensive leadership experience in various HR roles within the industry, consumer goods area and global environments. She has directed transformative HR programmes at companies like BIC, Danone and Coca-Cola Femsa.
She is directing the international HR team of the Spanish subsidiary of the international company with immediate effect and will be concentrating on the implementation of strategic initiatives, running the daily HR activities, promoting growth, improving the employee experience and the HR department’s alignment within the business. According to company sources, the appointment of De Almeida comes at a time when Peli is strengthening its international talent strategy and promoting a culture of agility, innovation and inclusion. De Almeida‘s tasks are to also include heading the international HR agenda and working together with the central HR teams to drive performance development and planning, talent acquisition, organisation development, employee relations and retention initiatives from the United Kingdom, to EMEA, through to Asia and Australia.
