Rick Hajec

USA – The management changes planned for over a year at the US-American group, Inkcups, which is based in Danvers, Massachusetts, came into force on March 25, 2024. Benjamin Adner, founder and until that date CEO of the company, has taken over a new role as Chief Innovation Officer, James Burns, Vice President of Sales, was promoted to Chief Commercial Officer and Rick Hajec was appointed as CEO of Inkcups.

Hajec, who has been a member of the Supervisory Board for nine years and who was appointed to the board of the private equity partner, MPE Partners, two years ago disposes of experience as a CEO and in the areas of technology, sales, operations, product development, marketing, sales and divisional management. Adner said about his successor: “I have successfully managed Inkcups for the past 23 years. However, the company is ready for a new, professional management that will accelerate the growth. Rick knows our business, our employees and our customers and nobody is more suitable to raise Inkcups up to the next level.”
