Among others a trusting corporate culture for the support and promotion of the employees is characteristic for this.

According to a study and a detailed survey carried out among all the employees of Gift Campaign on different aspects of the company, the Great Place To Work Certification was conferred. 95% of the employees stated that they feel they are treated very well and are well-accepted by their employer. 75% assess their workplace as “outstanding”. In addition to a welcome package for new employees, among others after-work events, a company canteen, team-building activities as well as training and individual promotion enriches the corporate culture at Gift Campaign.
