According to own accounts, purchasing the company that specialises in home and leisure products as well as gift cards turns Xindao into the leading supplier of promotional gifts in Sweden and strengthens the position of the Dutch company in the Northern countries.
Both companies are very similar in terms of product innovations, service level and management culture, place great value on transparency and consider sustainability to be the key to future growth, according to a joint press release by Xindao and Vinga. The Swedish company is to continue operating autonomously as far as possible and the entire management team will remain in place. Furthermore, all of the owners have reinvested a significant share of the profits and are extremely motivated to further develop the company. “I’m very excited to embark on this new chapter with Vinga and believe that together we will be able to better service our existing customers, with sustainability serving as the foundation for our combined growth trajectory,” Albert van der Veen, Xindao’s CEO stated.
