The two Dutch promotional products distributors, Toppoint from Hengelo and Intraco Trading from Wormerveer, are joining forces. From mid-February 2023 onwards, the business activities of Intraco will be pursued under the Toppoint name. Bas Lensen, CEO of Toppoint, explained: “The product range of the two companies complement each other perfectly and this allows us to offer an even wider and deeper range of products to our customers.” With the integration of the business areas “Promotional Technology” and “Loyalty & Incentives” which had only been covered by Intraco up until now, Toppoint is expanding its brand portfolio to include among others Xoopar, Xtorm, Jays, Philips and Fresh ‘n Rebel. According to own accounts, Toppoint hopes that increasing its offer will further reinforce is position on the European market. The entire collection, including the new products, can be ordered via Toppoint’s website from mid-February 2023 onwards. Up until then, all enquires will continue to be processed by the Intraco team. After the change-over, the “Loyalty & Incentives” department will continue to work from Wormerveer under the flag of Toppoint. Interim Director and member of the board of the Intraco Holding, Henk Duijsters, thinks the merger will bring about more opportunities in the field of product and market development and commented “above all, the joining of forces and knowledge will result in improved service for our customers.”

CEO, Marc Zwiers and Commercial Manager Benelux, Rico Hoeboer, have already ceased working for Intraco. The Interim CFO, Bettina Peereboom, and the management of Intraco are monitoring the merger between the companies that both belong to the Swedish New Wave Group, in close collaboration with the management of Toppoint and Duijsters.
