D – Tie Solution has launched a new image website, which is initially available in 30 languages, 20 further languages are planned. The manufacturer of fashion accessories such as neckerchiefs, scarves and ties is implementing an integrated ChatGPT interface. The new homepage and Chatbot interface were developed by the recently established, in-house IT Development Department.
The Internet presence at www.tiesolution.org serves as an information platform for both promotional products distributors and advertising agencies as well as for interested parties from the promoting industry and enables quotes to be requested directly. Thanks to the chatbot, the website that is originally available in German can be completely translated into the respective language selected at the click of a button.
According to Tie Solution the integration of the ChatGPT interface is proof of the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. The new homepage enables Tie Solution to guarantee faster and more efficient communications and allows them to satisfy their customers’ demands. Furthermore, one is shortly planning to introduce a purely B2B web shop with an accessory configurator that offers the customers the opportunity to design tailor-made products themselves. Tie Solution is using this step to further push its expansion plans in Europe and address a broader clientele, especially abroad. “Our national and international customers can now fall back on an extensive source of information that enables them to get to know our products better and request quotes directly.
