D – The confectionery specialist, Sweetware, moved into the premises of its extended commercial premises in mid-April this year. As planned, the new high-bay warehouse was inaugurated on time prior to Easter. The Managing Director of Sweetware, Sandor Kiss and the Sales Director, Markus Herr, handed over the symbolic key of the warehouse to the Production Director Josua Rieflin and Warehouse Director, Jonathan Mattes.
According to company statements, the new, ultra-modern warehouse with up to 1,680 storage places was optimised to greatly increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the logistic processes. “The first step has been taken and we are delighted at achieving this further milestone,” Lars Göppert, the Marketing Director, stated. “The relocation of the production and administration departments is already in full swing.”
