Petra Öberg Gustafsson
S – Petra Öberg Gustafsson has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Fristads. She succeeds Anders Hülse at the Swedish professional and work clothes outfitter in August. Hülse has been promoted to President of the PPE Division of the Hultafors Group, which belongs to Fristads. In her function as Executive Director of Fristads, Öberg Gustafsson will also be a member of the management team for the PPE Division of the Hultafors Group.
Öberg Gustafsson is currently CEO of Teng Tools and previously held management positions at SKF and was a member of several executive boards. At Fristads she will be pushing the transition over to a more sustainable production and aims to halve the emissions by the year 2030. “Working together with a brand like Fristads that is associated with such high quality, is both exciting and an honour,” stated Öberg Gustafsson. “It is inspiring to see how Fristads challenges the industry on the topic of innovations and sustainability and I am looking forward to contributing towards further growth and the transition over to a more sustainable production together with all of the competent and creative team members.”
Hülse had words of praise for his successor: “Petra is the perfect choice for this task and I feel quite safe leaving Fristads in her hands. Her competence and drive will be of immense benefit to both Fristads and the Hultafors Group PPE in future.“ In the PPE segment Fristads Solutions specialises in supporting how large companies convey their brand image using work clothes and uniforms.
