A – Wolfgang Bosch, owner of the promotional products agency, Mitraco, took over the Innsbruck-based company, Neuner Werbemittel, on July 1, 2023. Alfred Neuner, who founded the company on June 30, 1998 and expanded it into one of the most famous promotional products firms in Austria, is retiring.
According to Bosch the sale was transacted without any prolonged negotiations or audits. Neuner had run his business in such a well-structured way and had communicated all of the data necessary for the take-over that no points had remained unclear. The former owner of Neuner Werbemittel stated that it is especially important to him that his company continues to be managed successfully and that it is being repositioned on the market thanks to Mitraco.
All of the employees of Neuner Werbemittel have been taken on and the location in Innsbruck will carry on operating. In future, Bosch will run the business in the Tyrol capital together with the long-standing employee, Karin Gugerbauer, who is also a shareholder of the company. The aim now is to create joint structures and offer the customers of both Neuner Werbemittel and Mitraco additional services as a result of synergy effects. According to own accounts, Bosch plans to make further acquisitions over the coming years under the aspect of regionality.
