The aim behind the acquisition is to facilitate BDA offering its merchandising solutions in Europe and Germany and thus further expand its global activities. The ipm Group that is under the management of the two CEOs, Peter Beichel and Tino Gerstner, already serves customers throughout Europe from Germany with its full-service programme and the take-over will enable the company to provide its spectrum of services on a more global basis.
