D – It is time again on September 6, 2022: The HAPTICA® live ’22 at the World Conference Center Bonn (WCCB) will be dedicating a whole day to the most concrete of all marketing disciplines. Good six months before the event begins, the feedback among the exhibitors and visitors is already mirroring the joyful anticipation of the tenth edition of the “Experience of Haptic Advertising” (see the quotes below).

Once again in 2022, the point of contact for all people, who are professionally involved with haptic advertising – marketing decision-makers and buyers from promoting companies and authorities, agencies and creative service providers, promotional products suppliers and distributors – offers the trusted combination between product presentations and infotainment. Exhibitors from all product areas will present a diversified spectrum of promotional products – from classics such as writing instruments, bags, textiles and electronic products through to culinary items and sustainable products, from famous brands through to new start-ups.

The supporting programme, which the HAPTICA® live is well-known for, provides impulses and food for thought in the field of haptic advertising: Anyone, who would like to know, what a winter pullover has to do with summer holidays, or why the Austrian post office issued FFP2 masks as stamps, will find around a dozen examples of multimedia campaigns staged with great love for detail on display in the Best Practice Show, which impressively demonstrate how creative and versatile haptic advertising can be. In the lecture programme, marketing professionals from famous companies, sports clubs and organisations provide exciting insights into their work with promotional products – this year among others the ice hockey club from Cologne, the Kölner Haier, the NGO Reporter without Borders and Miles & More will be in action on stage. Finally, in the Promotional Gift Award 2022 exhibition, this year’s 41 winning entries of the creative prize for haptic advertising will be showcased.

We are delighted after so many cancellations and postponements that the live events which are so important for our industry are kicking off again. Bonn in particular is always very special. The quality of the conversations held at the HAPTICA® live are without exception first-class. One always senses the serious interest of the discussion partners, whether they are distributors or a (potential) end customer partner. This is extremely valuable for us. We live the “live” and are simply looking forward to finally being able to present our strong novelties.

We have been exhibiting at the HAPTICA® live since it started. The event has been a fixed date in our calendar ever since and is always a welcome opportunity to meet up with our specialised distributors and present our products in a relaxed and professional atmosphere, but to also engage in a casual exchange. We particularly appreciate the visitor mix between the specialist trade and industry customers, who according to our experiences are very loyal to their distributors. Only very few are on the lookout for direct contacts. The quality of the trade visitors from the industry convinces us every time too. We are looking forward to a fantastic event in 2022 again!

We are delighted to be taking part in live shows again, because one has to see and feel our product with fresh plants in real life to be able to recognise its full potential. At the last HAPTICA® live, the visitors queued up to reach our stand. That spurs our commitment on even further. As a Dutch start-up we need the direct contact to our customers in order to be able to understand and serve the German market more efficiently.

The HAPTICA® live is an extremely important marketplace for us. We meet up with a host of different target groups there. The event is very well-structured and offers a perfect symbiosis between exciting lectures, Best Practices and a first-class trade fair.
