IRL – Goldstar has revamped its web presence at www.simplygoldstar.com and has thus merged its two former homepages www.goldstarpens.com and www.goldstareurope.com into a uniform domain. Accordingly, the email addresses of the Irish company have changed to @simplygoldstar.com, whereby the old addresses will remain active so that all of the company’s existing points of contact can still be reached. Furthermore, a new global content platform has been installed at www.ideas.simplygoldstar.com, where articles on product ideas and haptic sales tools can be found.
The payment portal and the order processing system have also been redesigned. In this way, in future it will be possible to pay several invoices in one transaction. Paperless workflows are implemented for the incoming order processes. In this context, Goldstar intends to relocate the entire production and order processing from Ireland to a new factory in the Czech Republic by June 2023.
