NL – The Buttonboss Group is operating under the name Promocorp BV with immediate effect. Five companies with different promotional products portfolios are united under the umbrella of the newly-founded company. Whilst Buttonboss specialises in buttons, caps and embroidered embellishments, The Peppermint Company concentrates on peppermint drops and other confectionery. Care Concepts supplies sales-promoting care products and water, LoGolf Präsente markets golfing gifts and Clipfactory produces imprinted paper clips under the brand names Markclip® and Promoclip®.
The headquarters of the group that boasts a headcount of over 120 employees, is located in Enschede, the Netherlands. “The establishment of Promocorp BV as the parent company of Buttonboss, The Peppermint Company, Care Concepts, LoGolf and Clipfactory has further professionalised our business structure. The operating companies will continue to operate independently, but the overarching activities such as the financial administration, human resources and marketing will be carried out by Promocorp,” Promocorp Director, Robin Vogel, explained.
