D – At the turn of the year 2023/2024 management changes were introduced at the packaging specialist company, Karl Knauer: The Managing Director, Michael Deronja, who had hitherto run the company together with Stefanie Wieckenberg, the granddaughter of the company founder, Karl Knauer, left the packaging specialists at the end of the year due to personal reasons and has returned to his home country. “I sincerely thank Mr. Deronja for his commitment and wish him all the best for his personal future,” the managing partner, Stefanie Wieckenberg, said during the farewell ceremony for Deronja.

He is succeeded by Nicki Eberle and Marco Manna, who have been appointed to the new management trio. Eberle has been working for Karl Knauer since October 2022 and previously held the position of Production Manager at Knauer. In his capacity as Managing Director he will in future be responsible for all technical areas of the company. Manna has been employed as HR and Finance & Controlling Manager at Karl Knauer since July 2020 and as a member of the management team he immediately takes over the role of Commercial Manager. “I am looking forward to working together with Mr. Manna and Mr. Eberle and I am convinced that the three of us will dynamically lead our family business to further success,” Wieckenberg stated.
