D – The porcelain manufacturer Kahla/Thüringen is kicking the year 2022 off with organisational changes and is thus setting the course for a successful corporate alignment. As of January 1, 2022 Kahla’s Managing Director Daniel Jeschonowski appointed André Lauterbach and Constanze Rudolph, two experienced industry experts, onto the management board of the porcelain manufacturing company from Thuringia.

André Lauterbach — who has been working for Kahla since 2018 — has over 20 years of experience in sales in the porcelain industry. He runs the sales of all four business units of the company that pursues a strict “made in Germany” strategy: the specialised trade (Home), the hotel and gastronomy sector (Horeca), the promotional products industry (Artvertising) and the OEM section. “Kahla has impressed me as an innovative and sustainable porcelain brand for years. Together with my team, I am looking forward to further developing the market presence in all four business areas, at national and international level,” the sales professional, Lauterbach, stated.

With over 40 years’ experience in the manufacturing and embellishing of porcelain, Constanze Rudolph runs the Quality and Processes Department at Kahla. Having joined the company in 2019, in her function she is decisively responsible for the quality assurance and optimisation of the in-house production processes.
