The trade fair trio comprising of the Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld is the global meeting point of the consumer goods industry.
D – The trade fair trio Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld were staged in Frankfurt under the motto “Celebrating Business Together” from January 27-30, 2024. Ambiente and Christmasworld actually already opened their doors on January 26. According to the organisers, the number of exhibitors increased by 10% up to 4,928, who presented their novelties to around 140,000 visitors. With a participation of over 170 countries and regions, as an international networking and order platform the event provided the consumer goods industry with orientation, inspiration and solutions for the current market challenges.
The three events were characterised by new contacts with purchasing decision-makers, global business relationships and a flow of worldwide visitors. According to the organisers, three out of four of the guests travelled to Frankfurt from abroad. The entire spectrum of the specialised retail trade was represented as well as renowned German bulk buyers, including Butlers, Dirk Rossmann, dm Drogeriemarkt, Edeka, Fleurop, Globus, Metro and Obi. International big buyers, among others Amazon, Carrefour International, Galleries Lafayette, Harrods, Migros, the Museum of Modern Art, Sainsbury‘s, Walmart and Zara Home were also present. Both distributors for hotel and restaurant supplies and representatives from hotel groups and real estate developers attended the shows.
The three trade fairs focused on the global themes of the industry such as design, the digitalisation of the trade and production, lifestyle and sustainability, new work and future retail. Numerous lectures, special presentations, workshops and tours enhanced the five days of the show.
The Ambiente, Christmasworld and Creativeworld will continue to be co-staged at the Frankfurt Exhibition Centre in the future. The Ambiente and Christmasworld are scheduled to take place from February 7-11, 2025; the Creativeworld from February 7-10, 2025.
