F – Antalis, the company based in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, has signed a binding agreement to acquire the sales operations of the paper wholesaler, Papyrus, in Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Germany.
The acquisition aims to further strengthen Antalis’s distribution network and customer reach in Central and Eastern Europe. By integrating the acquired business, which includes an established customer base and logistics infrastructure, Antalis is striving to consolidate its position as a leading European B2B distributor and further enhance its ability to serve customers in these markets.
In the 2025 fiscal year, the acquired entities generated net sales of approximately 215 million euros, supplying more than 13,000 customers with a product range comprising 21,000 items of printing and office paper, supported by an operational network of 12 warehouses across the entire region.
