CH – The Swiss dual event, comprising the PSF Forum and Touch, was staged at the Umwelt arena in Spreitenbach, near Zurich on September 9 and 10, 2026. It was organised by the Swiss industry association, PromoSwiss. The PSF Forum celebrated a milestone edition this year. It was namely the event’s 20th anniversary, offering Swiss sales agencies the opportunity to explore the trends, classics and innovations of exhibitors that specialise in haptic advertising.
According to the official figures, the anniversary event set an exhibitor record with 83 exhibitors, many of whom came from Germany. Touch, which targets a different audience – decision-makers from industry, institutions and the commercial sector – also achieved a record number of exhibitors. The attendance figure for the PSF Forum (160, compared to 138 last year) also significantly exceeded that of prior years, according to the organisers.
In preparation for the PromoSwissNight staged after the PSF Forum – an event attended by over 200 people, which set a further record – the President of PromoSwiss, Urs Germann, welcomed the guests with his characteristic eloquence. He also announced that more than 300 additional decision-makers had registered to attend Touch the following day compared to the previous year.
Then, the PromoSwissNight got underway: Contrary to previous years, there were no formal, table-service dining arrangements. Instead, the guests could choose between various food stations offering regional cuisines, such as Mediterranean, Asian, or American specialties. “Many exhibitors thought it was cool being able to converse with each other in such an unconventional, relaxed atmosphere,” confirmed Germann.

Visitors were not only offered an overview of the range of haptic advertising products available, but also engaging surprises orchestrated by the agencies that presented themselves in CI look. The attendees also had the opportunity to witness Swiss craftsmanship firsthand – i.e. watching a wooden baking mould for traditional pastries being turned on-site.
A bustling, yet relaxed and positive atmosphere prevailed throughout the event, which ensured everyone felt at ease.
Furthermore, Touch achieved a record number of visitors this year: According to the official figures, 1,112 people attended the event, which corresponds to a significant increase compared to previous years (2025: 1,050). All in all, this successful event duo offers a promising outlook for the promotional products industry, extending well beyond Switzerland. The next double event will be held at the Umweltarena again in Spreitenbach on September 8 and 9, 2027.
