D – After 18 years in total with the company – seven of which in the role as Managing Partner – Dennis Dennig is to step down from the operational management of Jung since 1828 GmbH & Co. KG at the end of 2026.
As of 2027, sole responsibility for the management lies with Peter Neff, who has been co-heading the company with Dennig since 2020. For the customers, suppliers, partners and employees, this change will not affect the company’s strategic direction or operational capabilities.
Dennig will remain closely associated with the company and continue to support its future development as a shareholder and member of the entrepreneurial family. He intends, in future, to focus his operational efforts on expanding his own business outside the promotional products industry.
“Entrepreneurial ambition also means venturing to build a company of one’s own,” said Dennig. “For me, the right time for this step has arrived. Jung is very well-positioned, boasting a strong leadership team and clear organisational responsibilities. In recent years, we have laid the foundation for continued successful development. Among other things, we have invested millions in modernising and expanding the production site in Arnstadt.”
The change in leadership has been planned and prepared well in advance. The overall responsibility for promotional product sales, which previously fell under the responsibility of Dennig has been gradually transferred over to Sylke Toscan, Sales Director of the Jung Promotion division. “Dennis Dennig has played a key role in shaping Jung’s ongoing development alongside Peter Neff and has energetically driven future-oriented initiatives, such as expanding our production capacities and establishing the new packaging business unit, forward in recent years – particularly during the challenging COVID pandemic. As members of the Advisory Board, we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Dennis Dennig through 2026 and I wish him every success for the future of his own company,” commented Frank Motte, Chairman of the Jung Advisory Board.
By placing the responsibility of the executive management totally in the hands of Peter Neff, Jung is prioritising continuity, clear lines of responsibility and the consistent pursuit of its successful growth course.
