B – In August 2026, the Belgian promotional products group, Kick and Rush, announced the acquisition of the customer portfolio and business activities of Inkoo. Inkoo was founded in 2010 under the name YTS and, according to Kick and Rush, has since earned an excellent reputation for the local, sustainable and certified production of custom-designed textiles and promotional items.
Diego Zambrano, co-founder and former CEO of Inkoo, and Mayeric Gevers, Sales Director at Inkoo, will support the Kick and Rush sales team in future.
With the acquisitions of Zambrano and Gevers, Kick and Rush aims to guarantee the continuity of the services for all Inkoo customers, while offering access to an expanded range of services, including global merchandising programmes, fully integrated digital solutions, special online catalogues and warehousing options.
Furthermore, the acquisition is also part of Kick and Rush’s ongoing consolidation strategy on the Belgian market, whereby the consolidation strategy also extends beyond Belgium. With an operational presence and teams in France, Kick and Rush is strengthening its position as a market leader of branded goods in both markets, driven by the same commitment to quality, customer focus and service that has established the company’s reputation in Belgium.
The Kick and Rush Group intends to implement the same consolidation and growth strategy in France that has already proven successful in Belgium.
