Goldstar has published its 2025 ESG Report.

IRL – Goldstar published its 2025 Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) report in April 2026, providing a transparent overview of the company’s progress towards more responsible practices. The report focuses on measurable data, independent assessments and improved traceability throughout the supply chain.

The 2025 report also highlights progress in several key areas of Goldstar’s commitments. “Our approach to ESG is simple: We openly state where we are and honestly say where we are going,” said Heather Smartt, Global Head of Goldstar. “We know that our business partners in the industry value facts more than promises. This report reflects the concrete measures we are taking to operate more responsibly, while continuing to deliver high-quality products and reliable service.”

In the environmental sphere, Goldstar, according to the ESG report, continues to focus on phasing out PVC and polystyrene. At the same time, the company is working to exclude problematic plastics from its entire product range.

Already, 99% of the company’s paper-based packaging and wood fibre products are FSC-certified. Regarding supply chain transparency, the Irish company is expanding the traceability of its products through digital product passports based on the Aware Tracer technology. This allows customers to more readily track the journey from the raw material to the finished product. The ESG report also highlights progress in inclusion, with 56% of leadership positions now held by women.

While the report demonstrates significant progress, Goldstar emphasises that ESG is an ongoing process. “We are not claiming to be perfect,” added Smartt. “We are here to share our actions, learn from them and continue to improve. Responsible growth requires transparency, collaboration and accountability.” Goldstar’s full ESG report is now available here.
