Dagmar Ritter Lager - cyber-Wear: Reorganisation and expansion of the management

Dagmar Ritter is Head of Operations at cyber-Wear with immediate effect.

D – At the beginning of February 2026, cyber-Wear announced an internal reorganisation and the expansion of its management. The company from Heidelberg has namely restructured its Operations Unit and is turning it into one of the key drivers of the next growth phase. According to the company, the aim of the re-alignment is not merely to optimise small details, but to professionalise the entire system, creating an organisation that can easily cope with growing volumes, more complex projects and international structures, while at the same time becoming faster, more transparent and more efficient.

According to cyber-Wear, the focus of the restructuration is a clear alignment between Operations and Sales. Dagmar Ritter has been appointed as Head of Operations and is commissioned with the task of the consistent implementation of the new organisational logic. Furthermore, as a member of the management, in future she will be responsible for all key operational areas, including the warehouse, supply team, digital operations and the newly-created Operations & Excellence division.

“Our goal is to position cyber-Wear so that it can not only grow further, but also grow more efficiently,” the management emphasised. “Clear responsibility, scalable processes and operational excellence are decisive for this. With this structure we are creating the foundation for the next development stage of our company.” “Today operations is far more than merely executing processes. It’s about transparency, speed, quality and perfect collaboration with sales. My aim is an organisation that assumes responsibility, is more readily measurable and which actively contributes towards the company’s success,” added Ritter.

With the new organisation structure, cyber-Wear is taking a further consistent step towards scaling, internationalisation and entrepreneurial maturity. Formerly a stable foundation, operations will now evolve into an active growth driver.
