Over 500 brands were submitted in a promotional product presentation to achieve the world record.

D – Distributors, exhibitors, service providers, suppliers, and visitors were invited to bring along products bearing brand logos, which they had collected in the scope of their professional lives, trade shows, travels or productions, to the PSI in Düsseldorf from January 7-9, 2026. The unique product exhibition aimed to not only pay homage to the past six decades of the PSI Show at the location in Düsseldorf, it was also as a collaborative project of the promotional products industry.

The official certificate confirming the world record was presented to the PSI Director, Petra Lassahn (l), and Steven Baumgaertner, CEO of cyber-Wear and Initiator of the campaign (2.f.t.r.).

For the officially registered world record attempt, 250 different brands were to be showcased in a presentation of promotional products. The respondents successfully submitted their brand items throughout the three days of the event. When the counting began on Friday at 2 p.m., hundreds of products had come together on the special area. A representative from Guinness World Records and the team of the German distributor cyber-Wear counted all the products and came to the remarkable total of 511 brands, which secured the world record.

The certificate that was addressed to the entire promotional products industry, was presented on behalf of the industry to the initiator and cyber-Wear’s CEO, Steven Baumgaertner, and to the Director of the PSI, Petra Lassahn. Both subsequently thanked all participants and sponsors, who had made achieving the world record possible.
