PL – The Promo Show trade fair is scheduled to take place at the Expo XXI in Warsaw on February 11-12, 2026. The event, featuring nearly 300 Polish and international exhibitors, is exclusively open to trade visitors. It is possible to register free of charge with immediate effect.
The aisles were very crowded at times during the Promo Show 2025. The Promo Show Gala, which was attended by over 1,000 participants, was one of the highlights.
The “International Advertising and Printing Fair”, where product inspiration from the world of haptic advertising and the latest customising trends are showcased, is organised by the Polish publishing company, OOH magazine.
The Promo Show brought just under 300 exhibitors, 600 brands and 9,100 visitors together in 2025, including almost 2,300 representatives from over 30 countries. The event spanned three exhibition halls and presented hundreds of new product and exciting workshops. Furthermore, a festive gala with over 1,000 guests was held on the first day of the fair.
