D – The alliance between 19 German promotional products specialists, DIE6, organised its second shareholder meeting of the year on September 25 and 26, 2025. In addition to many current and future, primarily strategic themes, the regular elections for the supervisory board for the next two years were on the agenda of the shareholder meeting. DIE6’s new Supervisory Board takes up office on January 1, 2026, until then the current board remains in office.
After just one round of voting, it was determined that the shareholders, Torsten Jansen and Sebastian Schepp, had been re-elected. Björn Kapplinghaus was newly elected to the Supervisory Board. He succeeds Heinrich Grübener, who didn’t stand for re-election as he is retiring after 16 years. “Mr. Kapplinghaus will complete the new Supervisory Board with his customary perfection and he makes the ideal addition to the board,” Grübener said, happily.

Grübener took up his position on October 1, 2009 and actively co-shaped the development and direction of the group over the past years. Together with DIE6’s Managing Director, Holger Kapanski, the DIE6 group has experienced continuous and consistently positive growth. The number of members rose from the original 13 members up to 19. The centrally managed turnover increased from 13 million Euros up to over 33 million Euros. “The group thanks Mr. Grübener for his outstanding service and wishes him plenty of fun and success in this new chapter in his life,” Kapanski congratulated. As a further token of appreciation, Kapanski presented Grübener with a complex model construction kit.
