
Sebastian Teichmann is Service Manager at Inkcups.
D – Inkcups, a leading international digital printing company based in Freudenberg, Germany, has appointed Sebastian Teichmann as its new Service Manager Europe.
Teichmann will monitor the technical installations in Inkcups’ entire European catchment area in addition to supervising the service assignments, complex installations and the system integrations. Furthermore, he will support Inkcups’ European team of field service technicians with back-up and technical escalation. He will also play a decisive role in the implementation of Inkcups’ global, dedicated customer support and service.
Teichmann has more than twenty years of experience in the inkjet print industry and most recently led a team of Tier 3 product specialists and was responsible for upgrades and Beta projects in the EMEA region as well as for the analysis of service metrics for process improvement.
