UK – In October 2026, the UK-based firm, The Outdoors Company, based in Congleton, announced that it is joining the PenCarrie family (based in Willand, UK). PenCarrie is a family-run, wholesale clothing distributor that, according to The Outdoors Company, shares its commitment to quality and service.
The acquisition brings no changes for the customers of The Outdoors Company, a provider of customisable clothes. The Outdoors Company will continue to be headed by its founders, Mark Dix and Paul Morley-Smith. The Managing Directors look forward to “guiding the next chapter, full of growth and opportunity.” Over the course of time, the two companies will explore opportunities of cooperating.
