PL – The Jaworzno-based, Polish company, Badge4u, has announced the acquisition of Likor. Likor has been manufacturing clocks and wristwatches as promotional products for over 44 years. The Managing Director of Likor, Kornel Frankowski, and the Badge4u Managing Directors, Marcin and Wojciech Pawłowski, already held initial discussions regarding the acquisition in the summer of 2025.
For Badge4u the acquisition is a natural expansion of the product range, because the company already disposes of all the necessary equipment for the printing and processing of watch faces. Badge4u not only intends to continue the Likor brand, it also aims to leverage the company’s established reputation to guarantee customers continuity in their partnerships and ensure the customary high quality. According to Badge4u’s Managing Directors, Likor’s production profile will be maintained and simultaneously expanded to include new, design-oriented solutions that implement the latest printing and finishing technologies.
With immediate effect, Kornel, hitherto Managing Director at Likor, will focus on the delivery of promotional LED watches and smartwatches at competitive prices.
