D – After opening a further modern warehouse and logistics facility, cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH, one of the world’s leading companies for brand merchandise, global brand experiences and haptic advertising, is significantly expanding its operational capacity. The company, recently the only European agency to be listed among the top 30 in the PPAI 100 ranking of the world’s leading companies in the promotional products industry, is responding to the ongoing, strong growth of international client projects, global merchandise platforms and complex fulfillment and e-commerce processes.
The new location offers state-of-the-art warehouse and high-bay racking facilities, additional picking and packing areas as well as considerable expansion options for international shipping and brand logistics processes. The premises that boast a maximum usable space of up to approximately 15,000 m², features, among other things, modern high-bay warehouse technology, generous ceiling heights and an efficient infrastructure. The investment is part of the company’s long-term growth strategy, which has increasingly contributed towards the company’s transformation from a traditional promotional merchandise supplier into an internationally-operating brand experience, platform and infrastructure partner over recent years.
“Modern brand management no longer ends with the product or the shop. The real challenge begins behind that – in infrastructure, speed, scalability and global availability,” the CEO of cyber-Wear Heidelberg GmbH, Steven Baumgaertner, explained. “Our industry is undergoing radical change. Today, customers expect real-time capability, global processes, high availability and maximum brand consistency across national borders. That is precisely why we are consistently expanding our infrastructure,” Baumgaertner added.
