I – Following the great success of the inaugural edition, the second edition of the initiative has now been officially presented and the registration phase for the second Assoprom Award has opened. The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on September 16, 2026, at the Carter & Benson premises at Foro Bonaparte in Milan, Italy.
Organised by Assoprom (the Italian Promotional Products Association), the competition offers companies and key industry players the opportunity to demonstrate their talent and showcase their most valuable and compelling projects. “The Assoprom Award,” stated Patrizia Merlino, President of Assoprom, “is an event created and strongly pursued with the aim of strengthening and amplifying communications on the activities of advertising and promotional product manufacturers and distributors, thereby rapidly spreading their best practices.”
A top-class jury, chaired by the TV journalist Paolo Colombo, is responsible for selecting and evaluating the entries. The jury is also made up of independent experts, entrepreneurs, creatives, executives and journalists, who have encountered, engaged with or implemented innovations throughout their professional careers.
“The winners,” added Patrizia Merlino, “will have the opportunity to present their companies to a select audience and participate in interviews with industry professionals, significantly boosting their brand awareness. The award ceremony, which also features special accolades for prominent figures in the sector and highlight an important social project, is followed by a rich networking reception, offering the unique opportunity for strategic networking and the creation of new commercial synergies.
In this way, the award aims to not only attract new members to Assoprom, but also strengthen the sense of belonging among existing members. According to Merlino, it is also intended to serve as a platform for accentuating key issues regarding the industry’s future.
