D – To boost the targeted further development of its internal structures, the Moorenweis-based Magna sweets is making strategic investments in new personnel to strategically expand key corporate divisions.
The position of Assistant to the Management Board has been newly created and occupied with a first-class recruit: Christian Zerwes. A trained business economist, he previously worked in management consulting and possesses extensive experience in analysis, organisational development and process optimisation. At Magna sweets, he is taking on a pivotal role in the strategic advancement of the company. His primary focus is on designing efficient structures, optimising workflows and providing sustainable organisational support for future growth.
In the marketing department, Chiara Lüders is now responsible for strategic brand communication. A qualified specialist in marketing communication, she successfully completed her advanced training as a certified Marketing Specialist shortly before joining the company.
Previously employed in the promotional products industry, she brings with her a deep understanding of the market requirements and target audiences. Her focus lies on clear brand positioning, digital initiatives and maintaining a modern, consistent brand presence. Several other employees have additionally joined the team to provide future support: Mohammed Elouardi, Anja Mittler and Kashyap Jagani are reinforcing the in-house print shop; Sneha Shivalkar and Amitkumar Vora the IT department; and Danila Oberhofer has joined the accounting department.
