Following the publication of its updated annual report in November of last year, the London-based company has now released its final results for 2025. With 2,060,000 orders received (2024: 2,124,000), the promotional products supplier didn’t quite match last year’s order volume. Nevertheless, the company reports stable business performance in a volatile macro-economic environment. Orders from existing customers remained at the previous year’s level, which, according to 4imprint, indicates strong and consistent customer loyalty. Orders from new customers, however, declined by 12%, a trend that largely continued throughout the year.

The average order value increased by 1% and the double-digit operating profit margin of 10% was maintained, supported by a strong gross profit margin and the flexibility of the marketing mix.

Furthermore, the group is very liquid and well-financed. The company also announced that the business results for the first two months of 2026 met the board’s expectations. Customs-related costs are being passed on gradually by suppliers, resulting in a slight decline in order intake compared to 2025.

Regarding 2026, the company remains confident in the group’s strategy, competitive position and long-term growth prospects.
