D/PL – There has been a management change at the Karl Knauer Group: The former Managing Director of Karl Knauer Poland, Karolina Matysiak, is leaving the company due to reasons of health. Matysiak has worked at the Polish location for over 22 years and significantly co-shaped the development of the plant with great dedication and high motivation over the past years.
Marco Manna and Nicki Eberle, Managing Directors of the German headquarters will be responsible for running the Polish subsidiary in future. According to own accounts, the company sees this as an opportunity to develop a clear vision through uniform management, which will enable the company to master the challenges of the future.
“We are looking forward to this new phase and are convinced that the closer cooperation between our two teams will create synergies that will make our company even more successful,” explained Stefanie Wieckenberg, Managing Partner. “Together we are betting on a clear, uniform management approach to achieve our strategic goals and continue developing innovative solutions for our customers.”
As an industrial engineer and tax consultant, Marco Manna has been responsible for the commercial management of Karl Knauer KG since 2024, whereas the graduate engineer, Eberle, has been in charge of the technical side since 2024. The Managing Directors are convinced that by bundling their competences they will succeed in laying the foundation for sustainable growth, innovation and a successful further development.
The family company is looking optimistically ahead to the future and thanks Karolina Matysiak for her valuable services and wishes her all the best for her future health.
