D/A – Schneider Schreibgeräte, Schramberg, is taking over the brand rights of Aristo and Standardgraph as of July 1, 2025. The Schneider Novus Vertriebs GmbH will simultaneously be responsible for all of the national and internation sales activities for both brands.

After relocating the production to Wörgl, the Aristo brand has stood for “made in Austria” quality since the 1960s. After the business was taken over by Geotec GmbH in the year 2003, Aristo was further developed into an internationally established brand and positioned successfully on the market.

In order to secure the market leadership long-term and further expand its international significance, Geotec Schul- & Bürowaren GmbH have raised the long-standing partnership with Schneider up to a new level in the scope of a strategic succession plan. In addition to the joint business history, a close personal partnership unites the two companies.

After the transferral of the brand rights, the sales activities of both brands will be bundled under Schneider Novus Vertriebs GmbH. Schneider Novus is the joint sales company of Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH and Novus Dahle GmbH, whose successful cooperation has been ongoing since 1998. The company that is based in Weilheim, has decades of experience selling the products of Aristo and will carry on supporting the trading partners with their usual level of service and personal assistance. The production will continue to be located in Austria to ensure that the “made in Austria” quality is upheld.

“We are convinced that we have set the course for the successful future of the brands Aristo and Standardgraph with this decision and are delighted, in Schneider or rather Schneider Novus, to have won over a long-standing partner with extensive experience for the continuation of the two brands,” stated Michael Schwaiger, Managing Director of Geotec Schul- und Bürowaren GmbH.

“With their “made in Austria” philosophy the brands, Aristo and Standardgraph, are a perfect fit for our portfolio and round off our offer for the school business,” said a delighted Frank Groß, Managing Director of Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH.
