Pro Ad Expo1 - Pro-Ad Expo: Bigger, better, greener

The team of the trade fair organiser, Pro-Ad, was delighted at the successful 2025 edition of the event.

UK – The Pro-Ad Merchandising Expo 2025 was staged in Kingston Park Rugby Stadium in Newcastle on March 12, 2025 and the organisers, Pro-Ad, UK-Morpeth, reported that the event was “even bigger, better and greener” than before. According to official accounts, over 30 suppliers presented a wide range of products – from environmentally-friendly innovations through to trusted favourites – including exciting haptic advertising highlights. The event attracted marketing and procurement professionals from the whole of the North East of Great Britain and the surrounding regions.

Carlo Nardini, founder of Pro-Ad: “We can’t thank our supplier partners enough. Your energy, product knowledge and enthusiasm made the Expo a huge success. Every stand brought something unique, and together, you helped show just how exciting and effective promotional merchandise can be. We are proud to work alongside such passionate and forward-thinking partners.”

After a joint dinner as a relaxed prelude on the eve of the event, the trade fair offered the visitors a comprehensive impression of the current developments on the haptic advertising scene – from live product demonstrations and informative lectures, through to well-filled goodie bags – and demonstrated how sustainability is shaping the future of marketing.

With, according to the organisers, more than 460 product enquiries and follow-up discussions the Pro-Ad Expo, which is held every two years, once again confirmed its position as an important presentation platform. “If you were part of the 2025 event, thank you for helping make it such a success. We couldn’t have done it without you,” was the statement from Pro-Ad.
