IRL – Goldstar is pushing its sustainability efforts forward: In April 2025, the company from Dundalk, near Dublin, Ireland published its first ESG Report (Environmental, Social, and Governance Report), which presents the achievements so far as well as the goals for the future. Among others, Goldstar was recently awarded the FSC certification for its paper and bamboo products.
The ESG Report also provides a detailed overview of the company’s initiatives in the areas of responsible product development, ethical procurement and the obligation to build positive business relations with its international business partners and states the ambitious environmental protection goals of Goldstar, such as for instance achieving net zero CO2 emissions by 2040.
“Sustainability is at the core of everything we do,” said Heather Smartt, Global Head of Goldstar. “From our ESG report to our FSC product certification, every step we take reflects our commitment to making a meaningful impact and shaping a better and more sustainable future, not just for us, but for our partners too.”
