D – Christoph Luthe and Daniel Faller from cyber-Wear, Heidelberg, were appointed authorised signatories in March 2025 and thus take over extended responsibilities within the company. Alongside Simon Merkel, who continues to hold this role, they have the authority to represent the company in business matters and collectively take decisions.
Faller, who has been employed at cyber-Wear as Commercial Director since October, brings over 15 years of experience in the industry and consulting as well as extensive expertise in the area of controlling, accounting and strategic consulting with him. Among others, he is responsible for the collaboration with accountants, auditors and banks and will thus relieve the management and will additionally contribute towards the strategic developments of the company.
Luthe has been part of the cyber-Wear team since 2018 and has established himself as key account manager and a strategic buyer. He has held the position of Head of Sales since 2024 and is an important interface between the sales division and the management. Over the past years he has significantly co-shaped the company’s growth and consistently extended the sales department. With his many years of experience in sales, he is pushing the expansion of sales controlling forwards and together with the management is optimising the organisation of the sales.
